What it is
Mollen Health Direct^SM is the most convenient and cost effective health screening solution available today. Mollen Health Direct^SM offers Americans the opportunity to access health screenings at thousands of clinics located at hundreds of retail locations across the country.  

Available screenings services vary by location but include:

• Biometrics including height, weight, waist, BMI blood pressure and resting pulse
• Fingerstick blood testing with immediate results including either a fasting panel of total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and glucose or a non-fasting panel of total cholesterol, HDL and glucose
• Fingerstick blood draws with mail-in tsting for HbA1c, TSH PSA and cotinine laboratory testing is available at some locations
• Venipuncture blood draws with expanded laboratory testing is available in some locations
• Health education materials and explanation of results

How it Works
1) Enter your zip code in our Clinic Locator to find dates, times and locations of the screening events in your area
2) Either complete an online registration / consent form or just walk-in at any of the screening events listed
3) Complete your health screening or laboratory tests
4) Results of most tests are available immediately.  The results of laboratory blood tests will be securely delivered electronically or by mail
