While health screenings have become an important element in the health management programs of many employers, implementing them effectively can be a challenge. The challenge is even greater for employers with multiple locations and dispersed employees. That is why we’ve introduced Mollen Health Advantage^SM, a robust health screening solution that provides a variety of options to help employers rise to the challenge by providing solutions to even the most complex screening scenarios.

Mollen Health Advantage^SM combines a top-of-the-line onsite screening solution, with a walk-in screening solution for smaller employer locations or dispersed employees and at-home test kits for those employees who cannot access the walk-in locations. This unique combination provides a customizable solution to make any screening program a success.

What it is
Mollen Health Advantage^SM is an all-inclusive program that combines onsite screenings with both walk-in screenings and at-home test kits.

Onsite and walk-in screenings include:
• Biometrics including height, weight, waist, BMI blood pressure and resting pulse
• Fingerstick blood testing with immediate results including either a fasting panel of total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and glucose or a non-fasting panel of total cholesterol, HDL and glucose
• Fingerstick blood draws with mail-in testing for HbA1c, TSH, PSA, and cotinine
• Venipuncture blood draws with expanded laboratory testing is available in some locations
• Health Education Materials and explanation of results
• Walk-in screenings are offered in specific locations at times throughout the year

At-home test kits include:
• 800 number for particpants to request a test-kit
• Participants collect their own sample from a fingerstick blood draw
• Kits are returned to the laboratory and results are mailed to the participants and included in aggregate employer reports
• Test-kits support fasting or non-fasting test panels as well as HbA1c, TSH, PSA, and cotinine (not all tests can be run from one kit)
• Self-reported biometrics

How it Works
Mollen Health Advantage^SM is the most complete health screening program available today.

Onsite Screenings 
1) Employer works with the Mollen Health Advantage^SM team to schedule onsite screening events at employer locations
2) Remote employees enter their zip code in our Clinic Locator to find dates, times, and locations of the screening events in their area
3) Remote employees print a voucher that pre-populates the tests to be performed and necessary employer/employee information
4) Employees walk-in to any retail location when and where a health screening event is offered
5) Employees complete health screening, receive their results and health education material

Data Reporting
1) Employer receives participation reports as well as aggregate, de-identified results for all employees, regardless of whether they were screened onsite or at a walk-in location
2) Authorized health management companies or other third parties receive screening results in order to stratify the population, target interventions, establish a baseline, and measure improvements in health
3) Employer or healthplan is billed for the number of screenings completed across all locations

Convenient and cost effective health screenings for small employer groups or dispersed employees!

Until now there has never been an efficient and cost effective way to provide health screenings for small employers, small employer locations, dispersed employees or dependents. Onsite health screenings are a viable solution for larger employer sites, but can be cost prohibitive for employees who work outside of large home office locations. In addition, at-home test kits and the current walk-in solutions available at clinical laboratories are often ineffective or inconvenient.

With Mollen Health Express^SM, convenient and cost effective health screenings are now a reality for employers of all sizes, small employer locations, dispersed employees and dependents.

Available screening services vary by location but include:
